Text messages and voicemails left on the line should detail the location of the syringe litter for follow up and disposal by the mobile collection team.
In person- There is a syringe disposal drop box available on site 24/7. The drop box cannot accept sharps containers larger than 1.5 quarts.
Please do not dispose of loose syringes in the drop box, you may use a plastic bottle with a lid as an alternative. To make an appointment, call 530-332-8065 or drop in during open clinic hours on Fridays from 10 am-noon.
